The Center for Creative Entrepreneurship is producing an unscripted and inspirational “Nine Days of Giving” Stream-A-Thon, to show the world the talent Chicago has to offer and the education and resources we provide to expand and grow our creative economy. This is a virtual salon-style gathering of experts and artists, patrons and fans coming together to celebrate and enrich the culture of creativity. We have a diverse array of leaders of industry like the owner of Cinespace, Alex Pissios, influential institutions like the Illinois Film Office and its director, Peter Hawley, thought leaders like fashion icon and published author Marcellas Reynolds, and celebrity stars like Hill Harper, who will host, moderate, and participate every night. Our lineup of guest speakers will demonstrate CCE’s commitment to excellence at all levels in the education of the nine sectors(Music, Film/Video, Dance, Theater, Fashion, Visual Arts/Design, Media, Sports, Culinary).

The Center for Creative Entrepreneurship supports entrepreneurship in the creative industries through ongoing hands-on training, mentorship, networking events, industry sector-specific boot camps and accelerators, and archived content for both artists and creative entrepreneurs. CCE also maintains a focus on equity, ensuring its programs engage communities of color and other historically marginalized spaces for creative entrepreneurs.
